XeroBot ("we", "our", "us") provides smart print automation for xerox shops and in-house corporate print rooms. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when customers, employees, and shop owners use XeroBot.

1. Information We Collect

• Files uploaded by end users or employees for printing.
• Basic print job metadata such as token number, page count, print settings, timestamp, and (for corporates) employee name on the receipt.
• Shop owner contact details submitted through download, demo, or contact forms.
• Employee directory fields a company admin enters (name, optional notes). PINs are stored only as needed to verify print-room access, not inside QR codes.

2. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not require Aadhaar, PAN, or government ID for walk-in printing.
• We do not require account creation for walk-in end users.
• We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. How Uploaded Files Are Used

Uploaded files are processed only for printing the requested job. After printing completes, files are automatically deleted according to our configured retention workflow.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards, including encrypted transfer channels (HTTPS), access controls (shop access code or employee PIN), and operational safeguards to protect information in transit and during processing.

5. Data Retention

Print files are retained only for the minimum time needed to complete printing and operational checks, then deleted. Business records (such as billing/contact records and print receipts) may be kept as required by law.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party infrastructure and payment tools to operate the service. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and security practices.
