XeroBot Corporates is for companies that already have a copier room. Each employee gets a card: their name, a QR, and a 4-digit PIN printed on the card — never inside the QR. They scan, type the PIN, upload, and the room PC prints.

How an employee prints
Employee scans their QR
The QR opens the employee page with company + name. It does not contain the PIN.
They type the PIN
Four digits from the printed card. Lockout after repeated failures. Then the upload page.
Print room TV
Live employee queue on the room display. Jobs tagged with the employee name, not a walk-in code.
Built so a company is not a xerox shop
No public shop QR
The agent hides the walk-in Shop QR tab and the rotating access-code panel.
Aadhaar / PAN off
ID-document tools stay off. This is staff printing, not a stationery counter.
WhatsApp optional
WhatsApp collect and Passport Photo stay off until an admin ticks them in Settings.

Corporate mode raises the people cap far above shop office-links (5 or 10).
Its own installer
XeroBot Corporate Setup is a separate Windows app (different folder). Not the xerox-shop Setup. Agent 4.1.0+.
Admin + display URLs
Corporate Admin at /corporates/admin.html. TV at /corporates/display.html.
