Frequently asked questions

Two products, one Windows agent. Xerox shops get QR + WhatsApp on the copier they already own. Corporates get employee QR + PIN in a print room. Works in any country. Files deleted after print.

If strangers walk in with pendrives and WhatsApp files, pick xerox shops. If only staff should print, and you can issue named cards, pick corporates. Do not run a public shop QR on a company floor.

If the shop wants no kiosk, no print commission, WhatsApp plus QR, and local copier control, XeroBot is built exactly for that. See compare.

No. Camera scan opens the browser. WhatsApp uses the app they already have.

No. The QR only identifies the employee. The 4-digit PIN is printed on the card and typed on the phone. Lockout after repeated failures.

The print agent is Windows. Phones can be Android or iPhone.

Each new shop deployed from Hub gets a 3-day demo. After that, recharge is required for upload and agent polling.

No. See pricing.

One-time ₹3999. After you pay on recharge or in the agent, we email a Lifetime Setup (shop or corporate) and ask you to call +91 90338 94119. That Setup is not on the public download page. The agent then deploys API + web on your Vercel.

We keep your payment and contact record. After you deploy on your Vercel, Hub cannot remotely stop your printers or see live jobs. Monthly shops stay on XeroBot cloud as usual.

Public page: xerox-shop Setup or Corporate Setup. Lifetime shop and Lifetime corporate are emailed only after Lifetime pay. Do not mix a shop Setup onto a company PC.
