1. Print revenue — 100% yours
Per-page rates are set on the desktop agent (A4/A3/A5/Legal/Letter/4R, B&W and colour). Walk-ins pay UPI to the shop’s Razorpay or cash. Corporates typically run internal printing with no public UPI. XeroBot does not take commission on print jobs.

Corporate mode uses the same software plans and raises the people cap to 500 employees (not the shop office-link cap). Lifetime is the same: shop or corporate installer, emailed after pay.
3. What’s included
- Windows agent — queue, printers, settings. Xerox shops also get WhatsApp, Shop QR, and ID tools. Corporates hide those until enabled.
- 3-day demo on each new shop deployed from Hub
- Multi-printer failover from Starter (2 slots) upward
- Tax invoice after online recharge
4. Razorpay Connect unlock (one-time ₹299)
Paid once to XeroBot, then Connect with Razorpay so customer UPI for prints goes to the shop. Not a print commission. Corporates usually skip this unless they collect UPI.
5. Recharge
Use the calculator above or go to recharge — enter registered mobile, email, shop slug, or shop ID, pick plan, pay with UPI/card.
6. Lifetime (one-time)
Pay Lifetime on recharge or inside the agent. We email the matching Setup (shop or corporate) and ask you to call +91 90338 94119. That installer is not on the public download page.
- You log in to your own Vercel (Gmail). The agent creates the database and deploys API + web there.
- Printing then runs on your Vercel + Neon, not on XeroBot’s central cloud.
- XeroBot keeps your payment and contact record. After cutover, Hub cannot remotely stop your printers.
- Monthly Starter / Pro / Business shops stay on XeroBot cloud as today.
