XeroBot pricing (India, INR)

Two money flows. Do not mix them: (1) customer pays the shop for prints; (2) the shop pays XeroBot for software time.

1. Customer print money — shop keeps 100%

Per-page rates are set on the desktop agent (A4/A3/A5/Legal/Letter/4R, B&W and colour, one/both sides). Walk-ins pay UPI to the shop’s Razorpay or cash at the counter. XeroBot does not take a commission on those jobs.

2. Software recharge (paid to XeroBot)

Example: Business for 12 months = ₹349 × 10 = ₹3,490 for the year.

Pay from Shop Admin → Recharge (UPI/card). Tax invoice after payment. Extra days add after the later of today or current expiry.

3. Razorpay Connect unlock (one-time)

₹299 paid once to XeroBot, then the shop clicks Connect with Razorpay. After that, customer UPI for prints goes to the shop’s Razorpay. Manual KEY_ID + KEY_SECRET is also supported. This is not a print commission.

4. Demo

Free until 1 September 2026 (IST) with Business-level limits. After that, customer upload and agent job polling require an active paid period.

5. What you do not pay XeroBot for

• No per-page or per-job fee to XeroBot.
• No mandatory new printer or kiosk purchase.
• Paper, toner, and electricity stay with the shop.
