Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of XeroBot services, including xerox-shop Print ATM software and corporate print-room software. By using XeroBot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

XeroBot provides tools for print automation, including file upload workflows, print queue handling, employee QR + PIN access for corporate accounts, and related shop management features.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

• You may use the service only for lawful purposes.
• You must not upload illegal, infringing, malicious, or harmful content.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to print submitted files.
• Corporate admins are responsible for issuing, rotating, and revoking employee PINs and QR cards.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Shop owners and company admins are responsible for operator access, device setup, and local compliance.
• End users and employees are responsible for print settings and submitted document accuracy.
• All parties are responsible for maintaining security of devices used with the service.

4. Payments and Commercial Terms

Software pricing is published at xerobot.in/pricing unless a written enterprise agreement says otherwise. Print revenue belongs to the shop or company. Unless otherwise stated, software fees are non-refundable after service delivery begins.

5. Intellectual Property

XeroBot software, branding, and related materials are owned by XeroBot or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service under these Terms.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XeroBot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, unlawful use, or security risks. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Jamnagar, Gujarat, shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
