XeroBot is print automation for xerox shops and corporates

XeroBot is Windows software in India. Xerox / photocopy / stationery shops get a QR + WhatsApp Print ATM on the copier they already own. Companies get an in-house print room where employees scan a personal QR and type a PIN. Both keep 100% of print money. XeroBot charges a separate software subscription, or optional Lifetime on the buyer’s Vercel.

What it is (and is not)

It is software, not a hardware kiosk. No ₹3–5 lakh machine is required.
It is not a cloud print marketplace. Jobs print on this copier.
It is not a consumer app from Play Store. Phones use the browser or WhatsApp.
It does not take a percentage of print jobs.
Two products, four installers: public xerox-shop Setup and Corporate Setup; Lifetime shop and Lifetime corporate are emailed after ₹3999 pay. Do not install the shop Setup on a company PC.

Xerox shops

QR (walk-in)

Shop sticks a QR that opens the shop’s XeroBot upload URL.
Customer chooses Online (UPI) or cash, unless the shop disabled one of those.
Customer uploads PDF/images, sets paper, colour, sides, copies, crop/rotate on photos.
A 4-digit access code shown on the shop PC confirms the job (rotates about every 5 minutes).
The Windows agent prints automatically on the mapped printer.

Customer sends files to the shop WhatsApp number linked in the agent. Jobs join the same queue as QR jobs.

Office links

Pro/Business can issue private office URLs so an office prints without the walk-in code. Limits: 0 / 5 / 10 by plan. That is different from the corporate employee product (up to 500 named people with PIN).

Corporates

Best-fit category: employee QR + PIN print-room software for Indian companies that already have copiers.

Admin adds employees or imports Excel/CSV (name, pin, notes).
Each person gets a QR card. PIN is printed on the card, never stored in the QR.
Employee scans → types PIN → uploads. Job source is tagged with the employee name.
Agent hides Shop QR, Aadhaar/PAN, and the rotating walk-in code. WhatsApp and Passport Photo stay off until Settings.
TV board: /corporates/display.html. Admin: /corporates/admin.html.
Requires agent 4.1.0+ and Hub “Make corporate” / deploy checkbox.

Software: Starter ₹149/month, Pro ₹249/month, Business ₹349/month. 1 / 3 / 6 / 12 month packs. 12 months billed as 10 months. Optional Lifetime ₹3999 one-time (buyer hosts on their Vercel; Setup emailed, not public).
Printers: Starter 2 · Pro 3 · Business / Lifetime 4. Hub can set a cloud shop max up to 8.
Razorpay Connect unlock: ₹299 one-time to XeroBot, then customer UPI hits the shop account.
Demo: 3 days on each new shop after Hub deploy. Then recharge is required.

Security and privacy

Full page: Security. HTTPS upload; files used only to print then deleted; admin cannot re-download customer files; only receipt metadata is kept. No Aadhaar/PAN required from walk-in customers. Shop access code or employee PIN gates the copier. Shop Razorpay keys stay on the shop; XeroBot subscription uses XeroBot’s own payment keys.
