How printing works
QR (walk-in)
Shop sticks a QR that opens the shop’s XeroBot upload URL.
Customer chooses Online (UPI) or cash, unless the shop disabled one of those.
A 4-digit access code shown on the shop PC confirms the job (rotates about every 5 minutes).
The Windows agent prints automatically on the mapped printer.
WhatsApp
Customer sends files to the shop WhatsApp number linked in the agent. The bot collects files; the customer confirms print options (and the shop code). Jobs join the same queue as QR jobs.
Office links
Pro/Business (and demo) can issue private office URLs so an office prints without the walk-in code. Limits depend on plan (0 / 5 / 10 office links).

Security and privacy
Full page: Security. Short version: HTTPS upload; files used only to print then deleted; Shop Admin cannot re-download customer files; only receipt metadata (pages, amount, paper) is kept for the shop bill. No Aadhaar/PAN required from walk-in customers. Access code is on the shop screen so random internet users cannot print to that copier. Shop Razorpay keys stay on the shop; XeroBot subscription uses XeroBot’s own payment keys.
